Punjab state not Punjab Province :(

hope a lot of politicians see this. and not waste our money on trips all over the world. to talk and "study" how they do it. its called youtube. this is esp true here. 2-3 politicans, plus 3-4 of their entrouge go to China, US, XYZ to study metro systems, urban planning ... blah blah and waste good urban planning cash!

This is what I love about Skype! it's a green technology in the sense that is saves thousands in money and untold thousands of tonnes of CO2 emmissions in travel.
