If this teen is convicted the world will end.

Im declaring it now.

I have more to say, but Im so bothered by our society that my brain is marching back and forth clashing a symbol screaming WERE ALL f**kED! WERE ALL f**kED ! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! while smoking a pipe full of cherry leaves and pooping.

I don't know how MySpace really works but if someone asks to be a friend, couldn't this be a friend of a friend of a friend and thus you really wouldn't know that when requesting it. Now, if the request was a direct one then I can see where the judge is coming from. Contact is contact and if that is what the order said than a virtual request is almost as if she walked up and said "hi" in person knowing that this was breaking the law.

WHOA.

Myspace is on the news...and they didn't use the word stalk, OR blame Myspace for it.

No contact IS no contact, but thats strange.

No, you have to send a request directly to someone for them to be added as a friend. Just because a friend has a friend that does not make them your friend.
