It's really heartening to hear someone is making progress on this front. I don't understand why they are seeking someone to produce them when Volkswagen is intrinsically involved, but maybe there's some regulation? BMW seems hands off, but surely there's some enlightened auto manufacturer out there.

BMW did invest in cold fusion when it was big and then went quiet about it.

Maybe they carried on with that and are secretly laughing at this Li-On technology.

Or it could be that they believe there's a future in the Hydrogen 7.
