Yeah... that pen is going to have to be a tad larger in order to accommodate the tools needed to convert RGB to CMYK...
This guy has a long way to go before he builds a prototype...

One of the comments was a good idea... what if it was just a mini scanner for colors and then be stored digitally and transferred to the computer, etc. for obtaining colors?
There will be a value/color loss or shift when converting from RGB to CMYK to actually have pigment put down on paper directly from the pen.
